poor conditionlack of kettle
I was quite excited about the spa and gym, as i love exercise. upon arrival, i learned the sauna, jacuzzi, and indoor pool were closed. Only the gym and outdoor pool were open. the outdoor pool looked very poorly maintained. our room felt cold and only had two plug sockets, one occupied by the hairdryer. there was no kettle for tea or coffee. I had to ask for hot water daily.

I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The fitness center has a good variety of equipment. I also enjoyed the breakfast. The breakfast included many options to suit different tastes.

the room was a good size, and i booked a superior triple room. the air conditioning worked very well. breakfast had a good buffet selection with a treat of sitting outside to eat.
the outdoor swimming pool is really small.

the staff was helpful and very pleasant throughout my stay. they sorted out a taxi immediately when i needed to depart. i was very thankful for their quick assistance with my travel arrangements.

the breakfast included plant-based milk options and even vegan croissants, a good surprise. it provided a good variety of choices for everyone. the bar staff were amazing, and i recommend trying the limoncello spritz.
